Returns will be accepted under the following terms:
- Call 800-544-8771 and request return authorization approval prior to returning any material. Return authorization can be given ONLY by Administrative
Operations at the home office in Layton. - Concrete Coatings Inc. will only accept returned material that has not been opened and is in new condition.
- A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned material. The restocking fee will be deducted from any credit for returned material.
- Freight must be prepaid by the customer or material return will not be accepted.
- Returns must be made within 90 days from the original shipment date.
- No returns on custom or special order materials which includes any materials not listed on our price list, special made colors, tinted sealers, special sheens on sealer or blended quartz and flake
- No refunds will be issued. A credit to your account will be posted.
