We started doing business with Concrete Coatings Inc around the summer of 2010. After meeting their crew at a Decorative Concrete Convention in Phoenix Arizona, we decided to place a stock order and attend advanced training classes (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!) to help generate some interest on the East Coast. Since then Concrete Coatings, Inc. has helped in ways we NEVER expected. Filtering potential and existing customers, advanced knowledge of product, and not to mention an all around eagerness to please.
Concrete Coatings Inc has opened our eyes to an entirely new marketplace we never knew existed. Our Company’s mainstay is wholesaling Builder’s hardware; door locks and accessories, fasteners, paint sundries, work wear, tools, and now Decorative Concrete. As a wholesaler we don’t deal with the general public or contractors too often. Since taking on Concrete Coatings, Inc. and holding training classes here at my facility in Massachusetts, we have seen our business take on a new identity and start to generate profit in the first year and on.
It has been a truly great relationship and we expected fully to grow together for years to come.
